Rossi claims Akridge manipulated the situation by maintaining control over the staking rewards while providing her access to only three crypto wallets. The lawsuit includes allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment, with Rossi seeking damages and interest. In a separate incident, a phishing scam targeting crypto users has been uncovered, utilizing fake Zoom links to distribute malware that steals sensitive information and cryptocurrency assets. The attackers have reportedly attempted to steal millions, with significant profits traced back to various exchanges.
